There’s something about Ault Park in Cincinnati that always feels timeless.
From the moment we started, their session felt easy and natural. The soft light, the late-summer greenery, and the way they laughed together made the entire evening feel relaxed and effortless.

Ault Park quickly became one of my favorite spots in Cincinnati. Engagement sessions here offer so much variety in one location. The classic stone windows and archways give a romantic and editorial feel, while the gardens bring so much color.
Their connection is quiet but steady, the kind that doesn’t need to be overdone. The way Garrison looks at Karli, the way she laughs when he pulls her in close, it’s effortless and genuine. Those in-between moments are always my favorite to capture.
One of the things I love most about engagement sessions is getting to slow down and spend time with my couples before their wedding day. It’s such a gift to see how they interact naturally and to photograph them in a setting that feels relaxed and meaningful.
Garrison and Karli will be getting married this fall at Magnolia Estate in Ohio, and I already know it’s going to be a beautiful day. If their engagement session is any indication, their wedding will be full of warmth, laughter, and intentional moments that make a day unforgettable.
