This season of weddings has been keeping me very busy but also feels so rewarding. This time we traveled to Montage Events in Indianapolis for Elise and Thomas. I’ve only met them one other time at another wedding I was shooting and knew immediately they were my kind of people. Thomas really wanted to wait to see Elise as she walked down the aisle so the only first look we did was with Elise and her dad. However, they did do a little hidden meeting and exchanged letters and held hands. (Elise was so tempted to peak around the door!)

After the outdoor ceremony on the terrace it was time to get the party started and celebrate this couple. An amazing meal, heartfelt speeches and fun first dances are some of the highlights of the reception. I also feel it’s necessary to say #boilerup after spending the day with the Knowles/Fischer family. 🙂

I had high hopes it was going to be a great wedding day and I was not disappointed. It was pure joy photographing such a special day for Thomas and Elise. Huge congratulations to Dr. and Mrs. Knowles!
