Nick & Lydia were married on July 21 at Willow Lake in North Vernon, Indiana. They planned a lovely outdoor ceremony and Mother Nature kept us on a roller coaster all day with the weather. It would pour down rain then the sun would pop out. Luckily Nick and Lydia were committed to their outdoor ceremony and I loved that they weren’t scared of a little rain! By time of the ceremony the rain seemed to be cleared until the very moment they started saying their vows and it started to rain again. With umbrellas in hand everyone enjoyed the ceremony and headed inside for the celebration. The wedding party walked in toting champagne, ready to get the party started. 

Nick and Lydia had a lot of personal touches to the entire day. From the signs with bible versus that lined the ceremony walkway to the beautiful cake that her sister made. And lets not forget about the wall of donuts from Donut Cental! The room was filled with loved ones enjoying all the months of planning. Cold beer and BBQ was served and everyone closed the night by gathering together outside for an amazing firework display. 

Even through the rain it was a beautiful day! It is no doubt they have a love like no other and many years of happiness ahead. Thank you so much for the honor to photograph your special day.
